Welcome
I’m Judge Mike Schneider. I serve as the Judge of the 315th Juvenile District Court in Harris County and am seeking a four-year term to that bench in the Tuesday, November 7th General Election. I need your support in this important race.
When you select a judge to preside in this juvenile court, I believe you will be deciding one of the most important races on the November 7th ballot. That’s because the caseload in this court is primarily concerned with our community’s most precious assets – our families and our children.
As a former Assistant Harris County Attorney and former general counsel to the world-renowned Children’s Assessment Center in Houston, I fought for the safety of our children. When I was a civil prosecutor, I helped rescue many children who had fallen prey to the worst kind of offenders – those who would harm the most vulnerable members of our society.
Shortly after my victory in the Harris County Republican Primary in March, I was honored to be appointed to serve as Judge of the 315th when the Honorable Kent Ellis opted to retire before the end of his term.
I was thrilled to start work as a judge and I want to continue serving the public in that capacity so I can uphold the law, make our community safer and further protect children and families.
As Judge of the 315th Juvenile District Court, I have applied my passion for the law and my firm belief that public service is the highest of callings. I have also worked to make this court run more efficiently and have fought for the wise investment of taxpayer dollars when it comes to the construction of juvenile facilities and courtrooms.
But most importantly, in my court, the law and our community come first.
This site will be updated often. You will find news about my campaign and ways you can support me. There’s also some information I believe will show you why I deserve to remain on the bench in the 315th Juvenile District Court.
Thank you for your support, and thanks for visiting www.mikeschneider.org.
